International Distributors Commission Payout Policy

1. 7% of the total commission amount exceed $1500 in a calendar year will be withheld and send to Franchise Tax Board (FTB) per California Revenue and Taxation Code (R&TC) Section 18662).

2. You must complete the online Commission Recipient Application Form.

3. International Wire or PayPal transaction fees will also be deducted from the total commission amount.

4. All commission balances will be automatically paid out by December 31st of each calendar year. If a distributor has not submitted the Commission Recipient Application Form by that date, the outstanding commission will be converted into purchase voucher credit and stored in their account for future purchases. We will email the voucher to the distributor’s email address on file. The credit can be used for future purchases on niceclass.com. The purchase voucher credit can be converted back into a cash payment once all required application forms have been properly submitted.

By International Wire Transfer: A $25 online transaction fee will be deducted from the total commission amount. However, if the transaction requires a branch visit for a wire transfer, the fee may increase to $40.
